Transaction Secure?
Absolutely. We use PayPal to process all of our payments. When you complete a transaction PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit by using the Secure Sockets Layer Protocol with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal. Sorry we do not accept checks or money orders.
Do you accept phone orders?
No, unfortunately we are not set up to be able to handle phone orders at this time.
What is Your Return Policy?
Returns are only accepted in the case of a defect or an incorrectly filled order. Please e-mail us at contactus@meat-gear.com if you wish to make a return and provide a brief explanation why the item is being returned. In no case will we accept a return for an item that has been worn or used.
What are my shipping options?
We currently provide two options for shipping: standard and express. Standard shipping takes 2-7 business days while express shipping takes 1-3 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
For a single item order, standard shipping is $4.50 and express shipping is $13.95. Additional shipping charges apply if you order multiple items.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently do not ship our products outside of the United States.
I'm having trouble viewing the website, what can I do?
The only browsers we have had issues with are versions of intenet explorer 6 or below. You can download the following browers for free and they work much better. Mozilla FireFox, Google Chrome, or Opera.
